i spend quite some time reg. licensing but have still one question.
I have server A where i install sql server including ssrs, i have a core based license for this sql instance.
Now some of the reports in SSRS use Data from Sql Server B, which has a development license, do i need to change the license of Server B also to be a production license, because i use it's data on a different machine, or is the license of the SSRS server enough?
i am talking about Sql server 2016.
